The VN bamboo skewers are of the highest quality and made with precision. They are suitable for both manual and machine use and packaged in ATM (Modified Atmosphere).
VN bamboo skewers are produced from “Mao”, a giant bamboo that grows naturally in the tropical mountainous region of Northeast Asia.
Bamboo grows abundantly and requires no care for cultivation. It regenerates itself and is collected according to local regulations.
CERTIFICATION
The traceability of the bamboo skewers is guaranteed by the lot number assigned to each production cycle. No chemical additives are used during the production process. The skewers are CE certified and comply with the strictest European and Canadian health and food safety standards.
Periodically random samples are sent to the laboratories to check product conformity.
